The 15th Annual Remembrance Walk sponsored by SASS-MoKan (Suicide Awareness Survivor Support) will take place on Sunday, September 9, 2018 at Loose Park. beginning at 9:00 a.m. The walk is for anyone who has lost a loved one by suicide or other traumatic loss. Registration is $25 in advance at www.sass-mokan.com (click on the event link) or $30 the day of the event. The walk includes a t-shirt and other items. All monies collected stay in the KC area to benefit suicide awareness and education. Included in the event will be a name remembrance, balloon release, song, and flowers.
