Free 12-week course supports caregivers and families of those suffering with mental illness

The NAMI Family-to-Family Education Program: A free 12-week course for family and friends of those struggling with mental illness.

Family-to-Family provides family members and caregivers with communication and problem-solving techniques, coping mechanisms and self-care skills needed to deal with their loved one’s mental illness as well as its impact on the family. Classes are taught by trained NAMI family members who understand you and your family’s struggle.

Classes begin September 11, 2017

Classes are held 6:30-9:00 pm on Mondays at the Jewish Community Campus. A 12-week commitment is required for this course. Reserve your spot by contacting facilitator Emily Krier at emilykrier@gmail.com or  913-744-1672.
