Substance Use Disorder (SUD) and other addictions affect people from all walks of life. It doesn’t matter your gender, ethnicity or socioeconomic status, like mental illness, these issues can affect anyone. SUD is thought to be a chronic, progressive disease, that without treatment can be fatal. However, recovery is possible. It is important to note that mental illness and SUD co-occur at a high rate and many of the resources listed address both. On this page, you will find a variety of resources that will help you seek treatment for SUD or help a loved one who may be struggling.
